Edit submission

When clicking "Edit submissions" the submitted information is displayed one at a time. With the dropdown list on top you can chosse which submission to display.

I would like to display a list with all submissions but only to administartors logged in. Can this be done?

When clicking on the link "Extend" below the submission will be marked as "Approved". Odd!? Shall the link be called "Approve" instead of "Extend"?

When I click on "show current submissions only" the text bolow is displayed: "No submissions saved in the ddatabase". Please explain.

Peter,

"Edit submissions" should only be available for users with module edit permissions. If you have turned on Auto-Approve and the Display Submissions setting is different that "Not at all", the (approved) submissions will be displayed automatically and immediately above or below the form.

"Extend" means: You have an approved submission which is displayed for a defined number of days (Setting "Keep for (days)"), then you can extend the approval for this number of days - so it will be displayed for a longer time. The "Extend" link appears for approved submissions that are outdated.

"Show current submissions only" displays only submissions that are not outdated (as defined in the setting mentioned above).
